Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about how Portal Investorio aggregates exchange data, how connections work, and what you can expect from the platform.

What does Portal Investorio actually do?

Portal Investorio consolidates account and market data from multiple connected exchanges into a single dashboard, and layers predictive risk indicators on top of that data so you can review exposure across venues without switching between platforms.

Do I need to move my funds to use Portal Investorio?

No. Portal Investorio connects to your existing exchange accounts to read balances and activity. It is designed as a monitoring and analysis layer, not a custodian, so your assets remain on the exchanges where they are currently held.

How does Portal Investorio connect to my exchange accounts?

Connections are established through the access method each exchange provides for third-party tools. You control which accounts are linked and can review or remove a connection from your dashboard at any time.

Is my data secure?

We apply standard security practices to how account data is transmitted and stored within the platform. As with any connected financial tool, you should review the permissions you grant and only connect accounts you intend to actively monitor.

What are the predictive risk indicators based on?

They are generated from patterns observed in your aggregated account data, such as concentration across assets or venues and shifts in activity over time. They are intended as a reference point for your own review, not as investment advice.

Which exchanges can I connect?

Supported exchanges vary and may change over time as integrations are added or adjusted. The current list of connectable venues is shown when you start the connection process from your dashboard.

How is Portal Investorio different from using each exchange's own dashboard?

Each exchange only shows you its own data in isolation. Portal Investorio brings that data together in one place and adds cross-account context, so you can view total exposure and risk signals without manually reconciling numbers from separate platforms.

What is included in the different plan tiers?

Plans differ in the number of exchange connections, depth of historical data, and access to predictive features. Details for each tier are outlined on the pricing section of our homepage.

Can I disconnect an exchange account later?

Yes. You can remove any connected account from your dashboard at any time. Once removed, Portal Investorio stops pulling new data from that exchange.

Does Portal Investorio execute trades on my behalf?

No. Portal Investorio is built for monitoring, aggregation, and risk analysis. It does not place orders or move funds; all trading decisions and actions remain with you on your respective exchanges.

Who is Portal Investorio built for?

Portal Investorio is designed for individuals and professionals who hold or manage positions across more than one exchange and want a consolidated view of their activity and risk, rather than checking each platform separately.

How do I get started?

Use the "Connect Exchange" option in the navigation to begin linking your first account. From there you can add further connections and explore the dashboard at your own pace.
